MAPS Italia is a non-profit organization composed of a board of experts and researchers with decades of experience in the field of mental health.

MAPS Italia was born in 2024 with the aim of promoting an informed dialogue on the therapeutic use of psychedelic substances by offering a scientific perspective based on research evidence.

For 35 years, MAPS USA, to which MAPS Italia is affiliated, has been committed to psychedelic research with the aim of creating medical, legal and cultural contexts to promote the therapeutic use of these clinical intervention methodologies.
